Project Terms

Prior to project confirmation, we provide a complimentary quote, which may evolve as the design process progresses.

A 10% deposit based on the quoted amount is required to continue design development, including revisions and the creation and release of renderings.

This deposit will be applied toward the total project cost should you choose to move forward. If you decide not to proceed, the deposit is non-refundable.

Floor plans will be distributed at the time of order.
